Subscription, cancellation and refunds

What the membership includes
The MCAT study workspace costs $10 USD per month for this app. Each app has a separate subscription. Membership allows you to save a study plan, record up to 40 official-practice results with references and your own notes, and create or edit up to 40 personal review collections containing 2–50 cards each, with 500 personal cards in total. The result log stops new entries at its limit; export and remove an entry to make room.
Official question access, official practice purchases, tutoring and human essay grading are not included. The original lessons, questions and forms remain free editorial drafts awaiting qualified subject review. This workspace does not promise score gains, an official score prediction, exam readiness or a complete primary study source.
Monthly renewal
Stripe charges $10 USD when you subscribe and renews the subscription monthly until you cancel. Review the amount and renewal details on Stripe Checkout before confirming payment. The subscription applies only to this app.
How to cancel
Sign in, open Account and choose Manage membership to open the Stripe customer portal. Cancel there before the next renewal to prevent the next monthly charge. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period keeps membership access until that period ends. The app displays the end date after Stripe confirms it.
If you cannot open the portal or need help, email qasimashah@gmail.com. Clearing study data, signing out or closing the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests
Canceling prevents future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Request a refund by emailing qasimashah@gmail.com with the app name, the billing email and the payment date. Requests are reviewed individually; no automatic refund or approval is promised. Do not email your card number or other payment credentials. A refund does not itself cancel the subscription, so use the portal to stop renewals.
Your saved work after membership ends
You can still read and review existing saved work, export it and delete personal records. New plan and result saves, and creating or editing personal collections, require an active membership when paid subscriptions are open. Free draft practice and practice-time settings remain available. If a payment needs attention, update it in Manage membership.
